Browser की Address Bar में directly sewayojan.up.nic.in type करें — Google Search से आने वाली websites में कई Fake और Phishing Sites होती हैं जो बिल्कुल Original जैसी दिखती हैं लेकिन आपकी personal details चुरा सकती हैं या पैसे माँग सकती हैं। असली सरकारी portal का URL हमेशा .nic.in या .gov.in पर खत्म होता है — यही पहचान है। Homepage पर “Are You a Job Seeker?” का Option दिखेगा, उसी से आगे बढ़ें। Best experience के लिए Google Chrome या Mozilla Firefox का latest version use करें और ensure करें कि internet connection stable हो, क्योंकि form submit होते वक्त connection टूटने पर data lose हो सकता है।

New Account Register करें
Homepage पर “New User? Sign Up” पर Click करें — Registration Form खुलेगा। इसमें अपना पूरा नाम, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, और Password carefully भरें। सबसे ज़रूरी बात: जो नाम और Date of Birth आप डालते हैं वो exactly आपके Aadhaar Card पर लिखी details से match करनी चाहिए — एक भी अक्षर की अलग spelling या date का फर्क बाद में Aadhaar Verification में fail करा सकता है। अपना personal और active mobile number ही use करें, किसी और का नहीं, क्योंकि आगे सारे OTP, job alerts, और Rozgar Mela invitations उसी number पर आएंगे। एक mobile number पर सिर्फ एक ही Sewayojan account बन सकता है — duplicate accounts portal खुद block कर देता है।

OTP Verify करें
Registration form submit करते ही आपके registered mobile number पर 6-digit OTP (One Time Password) SMS के ज़रिये आएगा। यह OTP आपका mobile number verify करने और account activate करने के लिए ज़रूरी है। OTP आमतौर पर 2–3 मिनट में आ जाता है — अगर नहीं आया तो थोड़ा wait करें, फिर “Resend OTP” use करें; बार-बार resend करने से number temporarily block हो सकता है। ध्यान दें: OTP सिर्फ 10 मिनट तक valid रहता है, उसके बाद expire हो जाता है और process दोबारा शुरू करनी पड़ेगी। OTP enter करते वक्त ensure करें कि वही browser tab खुली हो जिसमें form भरा था — tab बंद होने पर session expire हो जाती है। इसके बाद Aadhaar OTP Verification भी होगा जो आपके Aadhaar-linked mobile पर आएगा — यह step skip बिल्कुल न करें।

Profile Complete करें
OTP verify होने के बाद Login करें और Profile Section में जाएँ — यह पूरी registration process का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। यहाँ आपको अपनी Personal Details, Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, Technical Skills, Known Languages, और Preferred Job Location और District carefully fill करनी होगी। Portal पर एक “Profile Completion Progress Bar” दिखती है — experts recommend करते हैं कि इसे कम से कम 80% तक ज़रूर complete करें, क्योंकि incomplete profile पर job notifications नहीं आतीं और employers की search में profile नहीं दिखती। Profile 100% Complete करें — Skills section में computer knowledge, typing speed, और vocational training certificates भी ज़रूर add करें। अगर आपने ITI, Polytechnic Diploma, या कोई Computer Certificate किया है तो उसे अलग section में add करें — यह profile की value significantly बढ़ाता है।

Photo और Documents Upload करें
Profile information भरने के बाद Passport Size Photo और Required Documents portal पर upload करने होते हैं — यह step सबसे ज़्यादा लोग गलत करते हैं। Photo clearly visible, plain white background वाली होनी चाहिए और file format JPG/JPEG में होना चाहिए जिसका size Max 50KB हो — बड़ी file upload नहीं होगी। अगर photo का size ज़्यादा है तो iloveimg.com या imagecompressor.com पर free में compress करें, quality नहीं जाती। Documents के लिए भी clear, readable scans या photos चाहिए — blurry या dark captures reject होते हैं। इसी step में Aadhaar Card Linkage भी होती है: Aadhaar number enter करने पर आपके Aadhaar-registered mobile पर OTP आएगा जिससे account link हो जाएगा — बिना Aadhaar link के कुछ सरकारी job forms accept ही नहीं होते, इसलिए यह step ज़रूर पूरी करें।

Registration Certificate Download करें
सारे steps successfully complete होने के बाद portal आपका official Sewayojan Registration Certificate generate करेगा जिसमें एक unique Registration Number होगा — इसे आज ही note करें और किसी safe जगह save रखें। Certificate को PDF format में download करें और एक printout ज़रूर निकालें क्योंकि Rozgar Melas में, government job applications में, और interview के वक्त यह original certificate माँगा जाता है। एक ज़रूरी बात: इस certificate की validity 3 साल होती है — उसके बाद portal पर free renewal करवानी पड़ती है, नहीं तो नाम active database से remove हो जाता है और job alerts आना बंद हो जाते हैं। Calendar में reminder लगाएँ। हर 3 साल में Renew करें और renewal के वक्त updated qualifications और experience भी add करना याद रखें।

Aadhaar Card (Mobile Linked)
Sewayojan registration की सबसे पहली और सबसे ज़रूरी document। UIDAI का 12-digit Aadhaar number आपकी real identity verify करता है और duplicate registrations रोकता है। सबसे critical बात: आपका mobile number Aadhaar से linked होना ज़रूरी है — e-KYC verification में OTP उसी number पर आता है। अगर mobile link नहीं है तो पहले nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra जाकर update करवाएँ। Aadhaar में जो नाम और Date of Birth है, वो बाकी सभी documents से exactly match होनी चाहिए — mismatch होने पर Affidavit बनवाना पड़ता है। Aadhaar की original और self-attested photocopy दोनों हमेशा तैयार रखें।
Highschool (10th) Marksheet
यह आपकी basic educational qualification का पहला और सबसे fundamental सरकारी सबूत है — UP Board, CBSE, ICSE, या किसी भी recognized board की marksheet valid है। Group C और Group D की कई government jobs की minimum qualification सिर्फ 10th pass होती है, इसलिए यह document हर candidate के लिए ज़रूरी है। Marksheet में clearly आपका नाम, Date of Birth, और school/board का नाम readable होना चाहिए — blurry या cut-off scans reject होते हैं। अगर पुरानी marksheet faded या torn हो गई है तो board की official website या school से duplicate marksheet या provisional certificate ज़रूर निकवाएँ। Upload के वक्त original document ही scan करें, photocopy का scan कम acceptable होता है।
Intermediate (12th) Marksheet
आपकी stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Vocational) और percentage की official proof — जो higher posts की eligibility determine करती है। बहुत सी government jobs के लिए minimum 45%–50% marks in 12th की condition होती है, इसलिए अपनी actual percentage सही check करके ही form में दर्ज करें। Open Board (UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University, NIOS) से 12th की हो तो भी equally valid है — बस board का नाम और roll number सही भरें। Upload करते वक्त marksheet के दोनों sides visible होने चाहिए अगर marks front-back दोनों पर printed हैं। Higher Posts के लिए Required — Original Document scan करें, photocopy नहीं।
Graduation Certificate (अगर हो)
Group B और उससे higher level की government jobs के लिए graduation degree या final marksheet essential है। BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA — कोई भी recognized university की graduate degree यहाँ add की जा सकती है। अगर आप अभी final year में हैं तो provisional certificate या penultimate year की marksheet temporarily use करें और degree मिलते ही update कर लें। University enrollment number और roll number सही enter करें। IGNOU, UP Rajarshi Tandon जैसे correspondence/distance mode से ली गई degree भी equally valid है। Postgraduate qualification (MA, MBA, M.Tech, etc.) रखने वाले भी इसे ज़रूर add करें — UG/PG दोनों Upload कर सकते हैं और higher qualification को preference मिलती है।
Passport Size Photo
Photo एक ऐसी document है जिसे लोग casual लेते हैं — लेकिन portal पर upload fail होने की सबसे common वजह गलत format या size की photo ही होती है। Upload के लिए photo plain white या light grey background वाली होनी चाहिए; colorful या patterned background accept नहीं होता। Technical requirements: JPG/JPEG format, size Max 50KB, approximately 200×200 pixels। Sunglasses, cap, mask, या कोई face-covering बिल्कुल नहीं होना चाहिए — face clearly और completely visible होना चाहिए। Studio से लें, Mobile Photo नहीं — mobile camera photos अक्सर reject होती हैं। अगर photo का size ज़्यादा है तो iloveimg.com पर free में compress करें। यही photo आगे job applications और Rozgar Mela identity cards में भी use होगी।
Signature
आपके हस्ताक्षर की digital copy portal के लिए ज़रूरी है जो भविष्य में documents की authenticity confirm करती है। Signature को Plain White Paper पर Black Pen से clearly लिखें — pencil या light pen से लिखा signature scan में दिखता नहीं। Paper पर लिखने के बाद उसे clearly scan करें और JPG/JPEG format में save करें; file size 30KB के अंदर रखें। Signature cropped और centered होनी चाहिए — extra white space काट दें। ध्यान रहे कि portal पर दी गई signature ही आगे official documents, offer letters, और admit cards पर use होती है, इसलिए वही signature करें जो आप normally documents पर करते हैं।
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)
अगर आप Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, या Other Backward Class category से belong करते हैं तो यह certificate आपको age relaxation, marks relaxation, और reserved seats का legal हक दिलाता है। यह certificate Tehsildar या SDM office से issue होता है और इसमें आपकी caste, father’s name, और district clearly mention होती है। OBC candidates के लिए ज़रूरी: certificate में “Non-Creamy Layer” का mention होना चाहिए — इसके बिना UP government jobs में OBC reservation benefit नहीं मिलेगा। Certificate की validity check ज़रूर करें — कुछ states में 3 साल बाद expire हो जाता है। UP e-district portal (edistrict.up.gov.in) से online भी apply किया जा सकता है और 7–15 दिन में मिल जाता है — Tehsil से Issue किया हुआ certificate ही valid माना जाता है।
Disability Certificate (अगर लागू)
अगर आप Divyang (Persons with Disability — PwD) category से हैं तो यह certificate आपको government jobs में horizontally reserved quota का benefit दिलाता है — age relaxation, exam fee waiver, और reserved posts। यह certificate Chief Medical Officer (CMO) या authorized government hospital से issue होता है और इसमें disability का type, percentage, और UDID number mention होता है। Portal पर UDID (Unique Disability ID) card का number enter करने से verification तेज़ होती है — अगर UDID card नहीं बना है तो swavlambancard.gov.in पर online apply करें। Certificate में disability percentage clearly mentioned होनी चाहिए — 40% या उससे अधिक disability पर ही reservation benefits applicable होते हैं।
Pro Tip: सभी Documents में Name Spelling Same होनी चाहिए। अगर Mismatch है तो पहले Affidavit बनवाएं। File Names Simple रखें जैसे: aadhaar.jpg, photo.jpg | Aadhaar का Mobile Number Active और Recharge होना जरूरी है।

Registration के बाद portal पर login करें और “Available Jobs” section में जाएँ — यहाँ चार main categories होती हैं: Outsource Jobs, Private Jobs, Government Jobs, और Rojgar Mela Jobs। हर category को अपनी qualification और preferred district के हिसाब से filter करें। District Rozgar Mela सबसे effective तरीका है — यहाँ एक ही दिन में सैकड़ों employers से मिलने और on-the-spot interview देने का मौका मिलता है। Portal पर apply करने के अलावा, Rojgar Sangam Mobile App से भी कभी भी, कहीं से भी new vacancies check और apply कर सकते हैं। Profile जितनी complete और updated होगी — खासकर skills और experience section — उतना ज़्यादा recruiters आपको search results में देखेंगे और directly contact करेंगे। Job मिलने की सम्भावना बढ़ाने के लिए हर 3–4 हफ्ते में profile refresh करें और नए certificates add करते रहें।
Google Play Store खोलें और search bar में “Rojgar Sangam” या “Sewayojan UP” type करें — Official App का developer UP Government / NIC होगा, उसी को download करें; किसी third-party या lookalike app को नहीं। App install होने के बाद registered mobile number और password से login करें — वही credentials जो portal पर registration के वक्त बनाए थे। App के ज़रिये आप Rozgar Mela Registration, Job Apply, Admit Card Download, और Profile Update — सब कर सकते हैं। अगर login के बाद “Server Error” या “Connection Failed” दिखे तो हमारी App Error Fix Guide देखें — ज़्यादातर errors cache clear करने, app update करने, या peak hours (10AM–2PM) से बचकर use करने से fix हो जाती हैं। App को हमेशा latest version पर रखें — outdated versions में login और OTP issues common हैं।

Portal sewayojan.up.nic.in पर जाएँ और Login page पर “Forgot Registration Number” का option ढूंढें — वहाँ अपना registered mobile number या email ID enter करने पर आपका Registration Number OTP verification के बाद दिख जाएगा। अगर mobile number बदल गया है तो अपने District Sewayojan Karyalay में जाएँ, original Aadhaar Card दिखाएँ, और वहाँ के officer आपका registered number update कर सकते हैं। Helpline 0522-2638995 पर call करके भी assistance ली जा सकती है — call करते वक्त अपना Aadhaar number और registered नाम तैयार रखें। भविष्य में इस problem से बचने के लिए Registration Certificate का PDF अपने Google Drive या email में save करके रखें और Registration Number को notes app में note कर लें। याद रखें: एक बार Sewayojan account बन जाने के बाद उसे delete या reset नहीं किया जा सकता — सिर्फ update किया जा सकता है।
